How will we work?

There are so many ways that we may work, as everyone is different. When I work with clients, it is often in phases. The first phase is overcoming the immediate and overwhelming feelings of stress and anxiety. Then, we will often explore the most effective ways of developing a new resilient approach and mindset.

How many sessions are needed, and how frequently?

This is a very individual consideration. I never get my clients to commit to a set number of sessions, or timing - we will discuss what will work best for each individual, and can amend this as we proceed to ensure our stress coaching sessions align with what will work best for them.

Isn't It Just About Doing Less?

Many people are concerned that if they deal with their stresses, it will mean not getting as much done, but in fact, the opposite is usually true - by overcoming stresses people can actually become more effective and achieve more. We may look at elements such as work-life balance, but its not necessarily about doing less...

How Much Does Stress Coaching Cost?

Coaching is a cost effective investment. Details of costs are below, but remember there is a very special rate for a first session to give you an opportunity to experience coaching.

What Does It Cost?   

 

Sessions are nominally 50 mins each and are conveniently held online via Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet or Skype. I work with my clients daytimes and some evenings, and although my diary is busy I will endeavour to find a time that is suitable for you. How many sessions you decide to undertake depends on your requirements, and budget, and so our work is entirely flexible to accommodate this. 

I am currently offering a special rate of just £49.00 a session. I'm also so confident that you will find life or stress coaching a useful and powerful tool that I'm offering a trial session at just £15.00 to enable you to evaluate how it could work for you. 

I believe that cutting edge ideas should be available to everybody, so special rates are also available for those unemployed or in other genuine financial hardship.
